FAQ - EV Charger faults
1. How do I charge my car?
To start the charging please first download the application. There is a QR code on the charger and signage for this download either via Apple store or Android.
Follow the set up and scan or enter the charger code to start your charge.
2. Why is my car not charging?
Please ensure you have Wifi / 4G service and have successfully downloaded and completed the set up on the application as per above. Check if your phone has internet service.
Ensure that the charger is ready for charge and has a Green light activation.
Check your connections and or the charger cable from your car to the charger. Its common that the connections are not locked in place or that you have a damaged cable.
Has your payment method expired?

Check the connector to car and to charger
Make sure the connector is plugged in all the way. You can try unplugging and plugging it back in.
Check the LED light on the charger
The LED light on the charger should be a constant green or pulsing yellow when it's ready. If the LED is red, the stop button might be locked.
Inspect the Charger
Check for any visible signs of damage or vandalism.

4. Why dosnt my charging session end?
Before leaving the charging station, make sure the charging session has been completed, your vehicle has finished charging, and you’ve disconnected the charging cable from your car. If you use your own charging cable, don’t forget to take it with you.
You can end the charging session by tapping the “Stop Charging” button in the app
5. What if I'm unable to unplug my vehicle from a charger?
Stay Calm - First, ensure the charging session has ended.
Seek Help - Contact our customer service line on 02 80645353 for assistance. We will be able to remotely reset the charge point or offer guidance.
